Terms of service

BitterCal provides scheduling, booking, payment, and embed tooling for people who sell time. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and not to abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the product or other users.

Hosts are responsible for the information they publish through BitterCal, including pricing, availability, meeting links, and the services they offer. Buyers are responsible for the information they submit when making a booking.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. BitterCal may record booking and payment status, but fulfillment of the booked session remains the host's responsibility.

BitterCal may suspend or terminate access for misuse, fraud, abuse, or behavior that creates operational or security risk.

The service is provided on an as-is basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, BitterCal disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential loss.
