BitterCal collects the information needed to run a booking and scheduling product: account details, booking details, availability settings, session cookies, and any calendar data a host chooses to connect.

Buyer information may include name, email address, company, problem statement, booking time, and payment status. Host information may include profile content, timezone, availability, connected calendar metadata, and meeting links.

BitterCal uses this information to authenticate users, display availability, process bookings, sync calendars, generate booking confirmations, and operate the service.

Payments are processed by third-party payment infrastructure. BitterCal does not store full payment card details.

BitterCal does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only to the extent needed to operate the product, including infrastructure, calendar, and payment providers.
